Our Founder

Founded by Someone Who Saw the Gap First-Hand

Nneka Umeobika is a healthcare entrepreneur and administrator with direct, day-to-day operational experience in Nigeria's healthcare sector. As co-owner and active administrator of Saints Michael and Rafael Hospital, she has spent years inside the system — managing patient coordination, healthcare operations, medical service delivery, and administrative processes.

That experience gave her an honest view of what patients face: the moment when a doctor says "you need specialist care we cannot provide here," and the patient is left to figure out what comes next. The referrals that go nowhere. The families overwhelmed by the task of navigating an unfamiliar system in another country.

Olives MedBridge was founded to be the bridge that patients need in that moment — professional, trustworthy, and genuinely guided by care rather than commerce.
